Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut requests your tender for the repair and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment to its customers (hereinafter also referred to as "subscribers") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:

1. repair and maintenance services of appliances for manufacturing, dishwashing, prefabrication and serving, and

2) repair and maintenance services of refrigeration equipment

The provider may offer both areas or only one subdivision. The subscribers/sub-area of the service are specified in section II.1.4) Brief description of the invitation to tender.

The purchase also includes spare parts for the equipment to be repaired and serviced, as well as preventive maintenance service. The purchase does not apply to warranty repair and maintenance services of equipment.

The contract period is scheduled to start on 1.1.2023. The starting schedule is an estimate and the procurement contract is created only after the signing of a written contract. The contract expires on 31.12.2024 and it is allowed to be extended as an option in accordance with the invitation to tender.

The procurement covers the repair and maintenance services of manufacturing, dishwashing, prefabrication and serving equipment. The service also includes spare parts for equipment to be repaired and serviced, as well as predictive maintenance (see section price and commercial terms - preventive maintenance).

The need for repair and maintenance services applies to the following subscribers:

* Tyrnävä municipality

* Kempele Municipality

* Liminka Municipality

* Lumijoki Municipality

* Joint Authority for Education OSAO (offices in Muhos, Pudasjärvi, Taivalkoski, Kempele, Liminka and Oulu)

* Utajärvi

* Ranua

The target of the procurement is the repair and maintenance services of refrigeration equipment. The service also includes spare parts for equipment to be repaired and serviced, as well as annual maintenance and leak inspection of equipment, as well as predictive maintenance service (see section price and commercial terms - predictive maintenance).

Repair and maintenance services for refrigeration equipment include all stationary refrigeration equipment (including equipment containing less than 3 kg of refrigerant) and detached, non-fixed refrigeration equipment.

The service applies to the following subscribers:

* Tyrnävä municipality

* Kempele Municipality

* Liminka Municipality

* Lumijoki Municipality

* Municipality of Utajärvi

* Ranua Municipality

The education consortium OSAO is not included in the agreement with regard to repair and maintenance services for refrigeration equipment.
