A contract shall be signed for the arrangement, registration, preparation for the delivery of and the delivery of older archive material to the National Archives of Norway.

The material consists of a total of approx. 120 shelf metres housed at the Contracting Authority.

The assignment shall be entirely organised and executed by the tenderer, in accordance with the current rules, and in accordance with the requirements and terms of the National Archives of Norway. The registration of the material shall be done in a system that the National Archives of Norway has approved for the registration and retrieval of information on historical archives, such as ASTA, or any other similar information system.

After it has been organised, the archive material shall be delivered to the National Archives of Norway.

It is a prerequisite that the entire delivery with delivery lists is approved and received by the National Archives of Norway.

The Contracting Authority will not cover any embedding/incorporation in material that has already been delivered to the National Archives in Norway.

The assignment shall be carried out in the tenderer's premises, which must fulfil the requirements for premises for a remote archive and must be entirely carried out during the contract period.
