The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, tourist landscaping, logging and breaking timber, nursery management, seed and selection, side use of the forest and trees, to be carried out in the Opoczno Forest District in the year 2022. The subject of the order was divided into parts (“Packages”)

Package 1 — Forestry: Rabbit, Grabiny;

Package 2 — forestry: Bielawy, Dęba;

Package 3 — forestry: Januszewice, Sitowa, Białaczów;

Package 4 — forestry: Rożenek, Kowalów, Myślibórz;

Package 5 — forest nursery “Bukowiec Oczyński.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, tourist development, logging and breaking of timber, seed and selection, side use of the forest and trees resulting from Annex 3.A-to the SWZ, which consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — list of areas where the protection of airstrikes and subplants is planned;

Annex No 3.7. — list of surfaces where cuttings are planned at the planting site;

Annex No 3.8. — list of areas where the collection of cones/seeds is planned;
