The Estonian Health Insurance Fund invites you to participate in the procurement procedure with a cocurence-based negotiated procurement procedure and to submit tenders for the conclusion of a sales contract for the public procurement "INSTI-group purchase of antiretroviral drugs", which is carried out in the public procurement register as an e-procurement procedure, the corresponding reference number of the public procurement register is 259557 (hereinafter public procurement).

The shelf life of the medicinal product shall be at least 18 months from the date of delivery, or the shelf life of the medicinal product shall be guaranteed within 18 months from the moment of delivery by means of a letter of guarantee (replacement of the corresponding batches at risk of expiration by a period of up to 3 months prior notice, the buyer treats the expiry date requirement on the basis of the expiry date, that if, in the context of a delivery, the medicinal product expires after, for example, 8 months, it will be replaced for a medicinal product with a minimum of 10 months to expire, a total of two batches will give a minimum of 18 months).
