The purpose of the acquisition is the maintenance of elevator equipment and lifters and lifters in the maintenance responsibility of the University of Helsinki (later HY247) in accordance with the invitation to tender and its Annex. The total amount of equipment for the invitation to tender is approx. 150 devices.
The purpose of the acquisition will be the maintenance of elevator and hoist equipment for the property services of the University of Helsinki (later HY247) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
Annex 1_Appliance list of items and equipment located therein. The same appendix also asks for tender prices.
The contract will be concluded with one (1) contract supplier.
Contracts enter into force within the scope of the current contract termination periods.
Some of the devices have warranty periods on for renovations, elevators renewals and completely new equipment. The contract phase specify the closing times of the equipment warranty periods, after which they will move to a new contract.
The serviceable equipment stock may change during the contractual period. The subscriber shall not be bound by the number of hours acting as weighting coefficients of hourly charging prices in Annex 1 magazine 2.
The maintenance and repairs of the contracted equipment are aimed at focusing entirely on the winner of the competition throughout the contract period.
However, the contract to be concluded does not give the guardian an exclusive right to correct defects identified during periodic inspections or to carry out modifications under PTS or other significant modifications.
Suboffers shall not be accepted, but the tenderer must offer all the services specified in the request for tender.
The maintenance shall comply with the general terms of the contract, HISSI-YSE 1998 (Annex 2), with exceptions and additions to the draft agreement annexed to the invitation to tender.
Basic Maintenance Agreement (Elevators and Lifts):
Basic maintenance includes regular maintenance, checks, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication and operation tests of elevator equipment, in particular safety equipment, as often as required for the proper operation of the equipment.
The maintenance contract prices submitted by the contractor in their offer shall include all of the above maintenance measures under HISSI-YSE 1998 and maintenance visits according to the equipment list. Upon being selected, the contractor shall establish servicing programmes by 1 May 2022.
In addition to this, the basic service contract and its price should include (LIFT EQUIPMENT only):
• Fault service, repairs for all faults lasting two hours or under normal business hours with trips. In repair work lasting two hours or under it, only spare parts are billed.
• Replacement of elevator carts, light layer demonstrators, shafts and engine room lamps, LED and halogen lamps, fluorescent lights and lighters with parts, and replacement of batteries and batteries for alarm equipment.
• Rescue visits, letting people caught in an elevator off the lift cart at all times of the day.
• Assisting with periodic inspections and ordering inspections from the inspectorate indicated by the sponsor.
• 24-hour reception service for two-way voice connections with elevators
Full Maintenance Agreement (LIFT EQUIPMENT ONLY):
In addition to basic maintenance, the contract shall include all repairs with spare parts during normal working hours. Renewal of alarm equipment is part of the full service agreement (excluding renewals of alarm equipment needed in transition).
Non-contractual fixes include:
1. Repairs due to water damage
2. Damage to the power grid (lightning strikes)
3. Vandalism or abuse
4. Repair and modification work resulting from the authority requirements
5. Level lifting such as renovations, body decorations and repairings or redesigns of the surfaces of the current doors and fronts
