Collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate located in the commune of Tuchów and from the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) at ul. Długa 51D in Tuchów. The amount of waste collected is not dependent on the customer. The contractor will be obliged to:
- collecting waste from inhabited real estate and PSZOK,
- development of the above waste in the regional municipal waste treatment installation (RIPOK),
- weighing collected waste,
- preparing and submitting to the contracting authority reports (specified in the ToR).
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the commune of Tuchów and from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) located at ul. Długa 51D in Tuchów and handing them over to the indicated regional municipal waste treatment installation (RIPOK), in accordance with Resolution No. V / 34/19 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 28.1.2019 regarding the amendment of Resolution No. XI / 125/03 of the Małopolska Regional Assembly of 25.8.2003 on the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Voivodship for 2016-2022" and with the resolutions of the City Council in Tuchów in force during the term of the contract.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) collecting municipal waste generated in the commune of Tuchów - originating from real estate where residents live - from containers or sacks for municipal waste, on the principles set out in the abovementioned resolutions;
2) current equipment of real estate owners with bags for collecting municipal waste;
3) development, printing and distribution of municipal waste collection schedules among owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system in the commune of Tuchów;
4) distribution of bar codes (self-adhesive labels), provided by the contracting authority, among owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste management system in the commune of Tuchów;
5) transfer of municipal waste collected from property owners from the commune of Tuchów and PSZOK to a regional municipal waste treatment installation (RIPOK) or to a waste recovery and disposal installation for their disposal;
6) preparing and submitting reports (specified in the ToR) to the contracting authority;
7) achieving appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for re-use of waste materials;
8) limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills;
9) weighing the collected waste at a weighing point located in the storage and transport base.
The contractor will be obliged to collect and manage the following municipal waste fractions from the owners of real estate residing in the commune of Tuchów and PSZOK (waste codes in brackets): mixed (unsorted) municipal waste (20 03 01), glass and glass packaging (15 01 07 , 20 01 02), paper and cardboard and paper and cardboard packaging (15 01 01, 20 01 01), metals and metal packaging (15 01 04, 20 01 40), wooden packaging (15 01 03), plastic artificial, plastic packaging (15 01 02, 20 01 39), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), slag and ash from combustion processes (20 01 99), furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), textiles, clothing (15 01 09, 20 01 10), waste tires (16 01 03), construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 06, 1701 07), waste electrical and electronic equipment ( 20 01 35 *, 20 01 36), hazardous waste arising in households (20 01 32, 2 0 01 27, 20 01 28, 20 01 29, 20 01 30, 20 01 21 *, 20 01 23 *, 20 01 25), batteries and accumulators (16 06 01, 16 06 02, 16 06 04, 16 06 05 , 20 01 33 *, 20 01 34), biodegradable waste (20 02 01, 20 01 08).
