The two-storey building (ground floor + upper floor) consists of a component in the shape of the letter "E".

Total dimensions approx. 84 x 42 m,

Main building approx. 84 x 12.6 m,

lower and middle E-stroke approx. 27 x 19 m, upper E-stroke approx. 28.7 x 21.5 m.

The building height is about 8.5 m to OK Attica.

The original terrain has a slight slope and needs to be filled in as a whole.

The building is a Stb solid construction with a small proportion of GK interior walls and a flat roof with foil covering.

The façade will be provided with a wooden formwork, as well as a small proportion of FZ façade, the windows as a timber-mullion-transom façade.

Paved open spaces consist of concrete pavement and partly tartan pavements, as well as asphalt paths.

The necessary turning hammer for the school bus will be paved and partially asphalted, as will the access road to the parking spaces.
