Entrusting a contract concerning the drafting service of the Urban Plan for Sustainable Mobility (SUMP) of the Metropolitan City of Palermo and related activities of participation, communication and monitoring and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).

The assignment concerns the performance of all the professional services and activities necessary for the drafting of the Urban Sustainable Mobility Plan of the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the related SEA procedure, as well as those related to the participatory path, to be carried out according to the indications of the Roads Area - Construction - Cultural Heritage - Roads Directorate of the Metropolitan City of Palermo .

More specifically, all the professional services and activities for the acquisition of the data necessary for the drafting of the P.U.M.S, those aimed at drafting the plan itself and its adoption and approval, which include the preparation of documents referring to the aforementioned purposes (preliminary documents, deductions, documents against deductions, final documents and related graphic documents, etc.) and the technical drawings, the management of the participatory phase and communication to the public/stakeholders/interested entities, the planning and preparation of the monitoring system, as well as all the activities and the related preparation of documents referring to the completion of the procedures for Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment (Legislative Decree 152/06), up to to its conclusion.

Furthermore, in the terms and methods required by the approval process, the Foster must evaluate the comments and oppositions received and prepare the counter-claims for the purpose of acceptance, total or partial, or rejection of the same.

All the services necessary to give the service fully completed and according to the conditions established by the Technical Specifications are included in the contract.
