Project management assistance contract for the procurement and monitoring of a contract for the operation of the collective thermal facilities of the OPUS 67 building stock and complementary missions.

The services are subject to a firm tranche and 12 optional tranches in accordance with Article 77 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, and concern:

- AMO services for the procurement and monitoring of a contract for the operation of the collective thermal installations of the OPUS67 housing stock,

- AMO services for partial renewal of the underground heat network and renovation of substations in the Writers' Quarter,

- AMO services for the QE heat network development strategy,

- additional missions for connecting various buildings to the heating network.
