Single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders based on an open call for tenders procedure, for a period of one year from the date of notification, renewable three times.

- minimum quantity per year: one,

- maximum quantity per year: two.

Three following years:

- minimum quantity per year: one,

- maximum quantity per year: three.

Or in total over the maximum duration of the framework agreement (four years):

- minimum quantity: two,

- maximum quantity: five.

Delivery time: five months maximum upon receipt of the order form. The candidate has the option of proposing a delivery time that is less than or equal to the maximum time that he will specify in section E of the act of engagement.

Warranty period: one year minimum, parts and labor, from delivery. The candidate has the possibility of proposing a guarantee period greater than or equal to the minimum period which he will specify in section E of the act of engagement.

Provisional start date for services: 12.5.2021.
