The aim of the procurement is to ensure 13 previously defined trigger points along county road 53 Tyin — Årdal in Oppland county by using a system for remote controlled, preventive snow avalanche control. The contracting authority would like tenders for the procurement of a complete system for remote control for avalanches for 13 trigger points on the stretch county road 53 Tyin-Årdal in Oppland county. The contract also includes some rock clearing, installation, training, as well as filling in and maintenance over a period of 5 years after completion.

The trigger points and the area have previously been defined by the contracting authority and tenderers are to offer a system for this.

Tenderers shall offer to fill in with blasted matter.

An option shall be drafted for the operation of the delivered installation. A price estimate shall be given for this option.
