The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Maritime Office in Szczecin divided into two parts.
Part 1 – The subject of the contract is the sale and provision of electricity distribution services to the facilities of the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the distribution area of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o.The subject of the contract for part 1 is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the distribution area of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the list of electricity consumption points are set out in Annex 1A to the SWZ. The supplied electricity for individual must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.
Part 2 - The subject of the contract is the sale and provision of electricity distribution services to the facilities of the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the area of the ENERGA-OPERATOR SA distribution area.The subject of the contract for part 2 is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the distribution area of ENERGA-OPERATOR SA. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the list of electricity consumption points are set out in Annex 1B to the SWZ. The supplied electricity for individual must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997.
