Aarhus Municipality wants to purchase software to support the municipality's offer of Virtual Visits. The purchase must ensure that Aarhus Municipality delivers a Solution that best supports the smooth implementation of the Virtual visits to Citizens who have been referred for health law and service law services by Aarhus Municipality and where it has been professionally deemed relevant that a service can be delivered virtually. With this purchase, Aarhus Municipality wants to create the framework for delivery, operation, maintenance and support, etc. of a Solution that is flexible and up-to-date, as well as adapted to the fact that the citizens visited often have limited IT skills.
