1) The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 of municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of properties inhabited by residents and from properties where summer houses are located or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes for part of the year - on which municipal waste is generated - seasonally,

2) The contract also includes collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Zbiczno,
