Aguas de Lorca, management company of the integral water cycle in the municipality of Lorca, has as its corporate purpose the integral management of the service, that is the supply, collection and purification of water in Lorca. The purpose of this contracting procedure is to select the company that will execute the service of sampling, shipping, laboratory analysis and technical advice for the quality control of drinking water, purification and control of discharges of Aguas de Lorca. The provision of the contracted services must be carried out under the conditions established in the Technical Specifications, in this Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses, in the bid of the successful bidder and in accordance with the regulations in force at all times, as well as other legislation that is applicable during the execution of the contract. The activities that make up the sanitary management of water for human consumption, sampling, analytical management in purification, control of discharges to the sewerage network and control of biological risks that must be assumed by the successful bidder are described in sections 5, 6 and 7 of the Technical Specifications.
