The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,200,000.00 (in words: two million two hundred thousand zlotys), intended to cover the municipal budget deficit planned for 2023.

2. The loan will be made available within 3 days from the date of signing the agreement until 29 December 2023.

3. The loan will be repaid in instalments set out in the loan repayment schedule, i.e. in 2024 and 2025 on the last business day of January, and in 2026-2032 on the last business day of the month from 30 January 2026 to 31 December 2032.

4. The interest rate on the loan is set at the WIBOR 1M rate for the last business day of the previous month increased by the bank's margin.
