Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate and organization of a Stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Gorlice and provision of waste collection services at this point and their management. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the City of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Gorlice and organizing a Stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Gorlice (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK") and ensuring the provision of waste acceptance services and their Fitting. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Specification of the Terms of Contract (SWZ).

1.1.Services for the reception and reception of municipal waste and its development will be provided for owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property from the town of Gorlice - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice City Council on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services in the scope of receiving municipal waste from property owners from the town of Gorlice and the development of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the owners of the property for the management of municipal waste.

1.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 collected in containers, containers or bags in areas with single-family and multi-family buildings as well as in workplaces, commercial points and service points, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as at streets, squares, city parks, cemeteries, playgrounds, etc.

2) collection of the following types of waste collected selectively:

(a) paper waste including paperboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from paperboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01),

(b) glass waste, including packaging waste of glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

(c) metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40) collected together (in containers and bags intended for the collection of plastics),

(d) bio-waste constituting municipal waste (codes 20 01 08, 20 02 01).

3) The waste listed in point 2 is collected in multi-family housing in marked containers intended for the segregation of waste placed in the city (103 sets of 3 for raw material waste) and 37 120 l containers for bio-waste, collected in bags or containers by property owners in areas with single-family housing, as well as collected in bags or containers in workplaces, commercial and service points, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as on streets, squares, in city parks, cemeteries, playgrounds, etc.

4) management of municipal waste collected from the property and accepted in PSZOK in a manner that takes into account the conditions set out in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the Contractor is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
