The contracting authority, NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag, would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for transport services.

The transport services included in this contract are the transport of aids from and to NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag from and to municipal reception places.

Some transport of aids between the contracting authority's two locations in Trondheim and Levanger is also included in this contract. (See Annex 10 for further information on this.)

Extra trips/urgent trips are also included.

The contracting authority, NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Trøndelag with two locations in Trondheim and Levanger would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for transport services.

The contracting authority needs to deliver aids to municipal reception places, as well as get used aids returned to its two locations in Levanger and Trondheim, in accordance with the existing documentation/overview of aids that are to be delivered or returned. Aids without documentation must not, as a starting point, be received/accepted and not transported by the tenderer.

Some transport of aids between the contracting authority's two locations is also included in the fixed monthly price.

There can also be extra trips that deviate from the normal route.

The contract will have two options for the contracting authority for an extension for up to 1 + up to 1 year.

Four options for the contracting authority for any fixed trips between the locations in addition to existing trips that are already covered by the fixed price; see Annex 10. The options can be taken up by the contracting authority in order to adapt the transport offer to any changes in need between the locations.
