The purpose of purchasing the subject of the order is to equip the Road Transport Inspection with technically advanced equipment along with a vehicle suited to its transport and a package of specialized training enabling inspection inspections by inspectors of the Road Transport Inspection in accordance with the Act of 6.9.2001 on road transport.

At least one person directed to the contract must be employed based on a contract of employment for the entire duration of the contract and be a person:

1. unemployed within the meaning of the Act of 20.4.2004 on the promotion of employment and labor market institutions (including equivalent EU / EC regulations), or

2. a disabled person within the meaning of the Act of 27.8.1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (including equivalent EU / EC regulations).
