Delivery of light fuel oil in accordance with the current PN-C-99024 standard grade L-1 to the Ordering Party's headquarters in an approximate amount of 137 m3 within 12 months. Delivery by tank truck to an underground tank with a one-time amount from 5 to 10 m3. All delivery costs, and in particular the cost of transport, shall be borne by the Contractor. The fuel oil will be used by the Ordering Party only for heating purposes in the Bituminous Masses Plant.

Delivery of diesel fuel in accordance with the current PN-EN-590 standard to the Ordering Party's headquarters in an approximate amount of 157 m3 within 12 months. Delivery by tank truck to a portable, above-ground tank. One-time quantity from 5 to 7 m3. All delivery costs, and in particular the cost of transport, shall be borne by the Contractor. Diesel fuel will be used by the Ordering Party only to drive its own vehicles.
