Urban and operational project management mission for the realization of the ZAC of the Global Nantes Nord Project in Nantes (44).

The Nantes Nord district covers an area of 80 ha, a preliminary study was conducted to define a strategy for development and renewal of the Nantes-North district by establishing a guide plan. Pre-operational studies have been conducted since 2019 by the Germe & Jam group, Bruel Delmar, Mageo, Alphaville, Caudex and Cdvia in order to stabilize the guide plan, initiate regulatory studies and create the ZAC. In the overall project framework, part of which is part of the NPNDR convention, sectoral zones on the different priority neighborhoods of Nantes-Nord have been identified. The Nantes Nord global project includes 3 priority districts Bout-des-Pavés / English Oak, Petite Sensive and Boissière enrolled partly in the new National Urban Renewal Program (ANRU).

The provisional program is as follows:

- the creation of approximately 815 dwellings,

- the demolition of 348 social housing units,

- the requalification of 2 580 housing units,

- the creation of approximately 5 500 m 2 SDP of services and activities, 1,000 m 2 SDP of local shops, 2,500 m 2 SDP of public facilities,

- the creation, requalification or transformation of public spaces including the new centrality of the Oak of the English but also, pedestrian paths, the creation of new trails and green corridors, the development of parking spaces,

- the creation of squares, gardens and the development of central green spaces,

- the demolition of the commercial center of Boissière, as well as that of the road of the

Chapelle-sur-Erdre, and the realization of real estate operations.

- these amenities include all road works, networks, open spaces and various facilities to be built to meet the needs of future residents or users of buildings to build. The overall budget of public facilities of all kinds to be realized is estimated at the stage of studies prior to the creation of the ZAC to 34 000 000 EUR HT.

The consultation covers all the architectural, urban and landscape coordination and the operational implementation of the program.

Requested missions and skills:

- urban and landscape studies - town planning, landscape,

- regulatory studies (implementation file and other regulatory files),

- legal and regulatory,

- environmental studies (pollution, geotechnics, hydrology ...),

- general coordination of the project, interchange OPC, urban OPC,
