The objective of the procurement process is to replace the Employer's damaged steam turbine with a new steam turbine driven generator set. The new machinery with auxiliary systems shall be installed in the same location as the old machine. Steam production will remain unchanged from original design. New foundations will be made by the Employer according to contractor footprint, load, and other interface information.
