The city of Beringen wishes to appoint a consultancy firm for the phased renovation of the Casino cultural centre in Beringen-Mijn. The renovation campaign fits in with the Board's wish to transform CC Casino into a contemporary and barrier-free cultural house. The works, and consequently the study assignments that are the subject of this assignment, are divided into four phases. The division into phases takes place according to the desired chronological sequence of the works in order to continue to guarantee the operation of the cultural centre during the renovation period.
