Ticket inspection

The object of the service is to carry out the ticket inspection in the trams and buses used by Nahverkehr Schwerin GmbH as part of the implementation of public transport in the state capital of Schwerin. The subject of the service continues to be traffic counts to determine the relationship between passengers carried free of charge in accordance with Section 148 SGB IX and other passengers.

The task of the contractor is to check the validity of tickets for their spatial and temporal validity. Furthermore, the contractor checks compliance with AllgBefBed and BesBefBed and punishes violations such as vandalism, greasing and other material damage as well as disregard for hygiene regulations in the vehicles and in the areas of the customer's stops and traffic facilities. In this context, the contractor is responsible for the assertion, processing and collection of the increased transportation fee (EBE) including the necessary collection activities. The client assigns the claims from the collection of the EBE to the contractor. The contractor must provide an average of 75 hours of work on working days, but at least 65 hours of use, and on Saturdays, Sundays and week-end holidays an average of 30 hours of use, but at least 20 hours of work per day. The contractor assumes responsibility for the handling and collection of all recorded EBEs on his own responsibility and at his own expense. The contractor will be provided with a free room in the customer service office of the client at Platz der Freiheit, Schwerin to provide his services. The rooms provided are to be staffed in fulfillment of the order during normal business hours.
