this contract covers maintenance and creation services for green spaces, maintenance services and creation of automatic watering and maintenance services for the City of Le Plessis-Robinson's pleasure basins.

Lot 1 concerns maintenance and creation services for green spaces. Its firm tranche (sites listed in the annex of the Cctp) is composed of two parts:-part 1: Maintenance services of green spaces, treated in a mixed way, namely an annual global and flat-rate price for recurring maintenance services (part I.A) and on purchase orders, for occasional and additional maintenance services (part I.B), pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 on the regulatory part of the Public Order Code and the unit prices indicated in the BPU of lot 1.-part 2: Services for the creation of green spaces, processed with purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 on the regulatory part of the Public Procurement Code and of the unit prices indicated in the BPU of lot 1. These unit prices may be supplemented, where appropriate, by the unit prices shown in the holder's catalogue(s) for the supply of plants. As an indication, the maximum estimated annual amount excluding VAT of lot 1, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is estimated at 1,200,000 euros excluding VAT / Year.In any case, the maximum amount excluding tax, over the total duration of lot 1, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is set at 4,800,000 euros (excluding tax). The contract is concluded from 2 August 2023 for an initial period of one year. It can then be renewed 3 times by tacit agreement

Lot 2 concerns maintenance services and creation of automatic watering. Its firm tranche (sites listed in the annex of the Cctp) is composed of two parts:-part 1: Maintenance services of automatic watering, treated in a mixed way, namely an annual global and flat-rate price for recurring maintenance services (part I.A) and on purchase orders for occasional and additional maintenance services (part I.B), pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 on the regulatory part of the Public Order Code and the unit prices indicated in the BPU of lot 2.-part 2: Services for the creation of automatic watering, processed with purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 on the regulatory part of the Code of Public order and unit prices indicated in the BPU of lot 2. These unit prices may be supplemented, where appropriate, by the unit prices appearing in the holder's catalogue(s) for parts of watering equipment. As an indication, the maximum estimated annual amount excluding VAT of lot 2, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is estimated at 100,000 euros HT / Year.In any case, the maximum amount excluding tax, over the total duration of lot 2, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is set at 400,000 euros (excluding tax). The contract is concluded from 2 August 2023 for an initial period of one year. It can then be renewed 3 times by tacit agreement

Lot 3 concerns maintenance services for the approval ponds of the City of Le Plessis-Robinson. Its firm tranche (site listed in the DPGF of lot 3) is composed of 2 parts:- part 1: Routine and preventive maintenance services treated according to a global and annual fixed price.-part 2: Exceptional maintenance services treated with purchase orders pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 on the regulatory part of the Public Order Code and the unit prices indicated in the BPU of lot 3.As an indication, the maximum estimated annual amount excluding VAT of lot 3, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is estimated at 400,000 euros HT / Year.In any case, the maximum amount excluding tax, over the total duration of lot 3, all tranches, all parts and all services combined, is set at 1,600,000 euros (excluding tax). The contract is concluded from 2 August 2023 for an initial period of one year. It may then be renewed by tacit agreement.
