Erlanger Stadtwerke AG has erected an administration building with 3 floors and a technical building in the bus depot in Erlangen. As part of the present award procedure, Lot 1 Rainwater Retention and Lot 2 Landscaping Works will be put out to tender.

The entire measure is awarded on the basis of the Law Against Restrictions on Competition (GWB) and the Sector Ordinance (SektVO) in the open procedure, taking into account the 20% quota for non-EU-wide award procedures.

The main masses for the present rainwater retention trade are:
