The invitation to tender will be conducted as a public tender in accordance with the Offering Act (Executive Order No. 1564 of 15 December 2015, as amended). The tender includes transport and treatment of hazardous waste, including Class 4.1 and Class 9 waste, as described in the requirements specification.

The offer includes 6 partial agreements. Each sub-agreement is a framework agreement with one supplier and is entered into for a 2-year period with the possibility of renewal for 2 x 1 year. If necessary, the extension is subject to unchanged contract terms.

The framework agreements enter into force on 1.1.2020. The supplier must therefore be ready for commissioning per 01/01/2020.
