Boninstraße 23 - connection to district court Kiel:

The probation service of the district court of Kiel is located in the current building at Boninstraße 23. The offices are to be cleared this year to make room for the entry of the register court. During the initial concept planning, it was found that the existing building structure was no longer sufficient. Therefore, the parts of the building on the property are to be demolished and a new complex to be built in accordance with the development plan. The cubature and height of the building, as well as the connection to the district court, have already been discussed with the city planning office. In addition, there is the requirement to plan a basement along the length of the property with a connection to the basement of the district court.

Attached to the description, the concept planning can be seen in the presentation. Further coordination of the areas still needs to be discussed with the user. The complexity lies in the demolition of the building parts between the neighboring buildings, as well as the construction of the excavation pit. Attention to the possibility of creating parking spaces is another building block in this measure.

In this award procedure, planning offices with experience from similar measures are invited to participate in the competition.

The planning services are commissioned in stages, and the services are called up in each case.

The services to be provided require experience in dealing with public construction, e.g. These include planning according to official requirements, monument protection issues, the preparation of financial documents that can be approved and the processing of invoices and supplements by the executing companies in accordance with the administrative regulations of the state.
