3. Source of financing: ZDW's own resources. The contracting authority provides for submitting an application for co-financing from European Union funds.
NOTE: Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the subject of the contract within the deadline
within 39 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the deadlines:
1) Stage I: updating the project documentation - within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,
2) Stage II broken down into:
a) execution and completion of construction works - within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,
b) exercising author's supervision over the complete project during the execution of construction works, in the period from their commencement to the signing of the Final Acceptance Protocol of works,
3) Stage III: preparation and submission to the Building Supervision Authority of an application for an occupancy permit or obtaining an effective notification of completion of all works - within 3 months from the date of completion of construction works
