Multi-award framework agreement setting out the modalities for selecting undertakings and the general conditions for the execution of Subsequent Contracts for the realization of HV/LV Electricity type works in the context of the construction or renovation of boiler rooms or transfer substations of public district heating services operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions. The number of subsequent contracts is estimated at about ten (10) units between 2022 and 2026.As an option, the Contractor will be able to supply certain equipment.The contract is concluded without a guaranteed minimum, for a maximum value of 3,500,000 euros and does not confer exclusivity on the contracting entity's needs
