Regiobahn GmbH intends to extend the infrastructure from Mettmann-Stadtwald to Wuppertal-Dornap and to expand and strengthen the remaining infrastructure and to electrify the infrastructure. In this context, the following is advertised:
Execution of construction works on the railway lines to electrify the Regiobahn infrastructure.
1) Route 2727 - Bf Wuppertal-Vohwinkel / branch Dornap to Bf Dornap-Hahnenfurth, branch line to EBO, connection DB Netz AG electrified, length approx. 3.0 km Kettenwerk;
2) Line 2423 - including 2723 and 2550 - Bf Dornap-Hahnenfurth to Bf Düsseldorf-Gerresheim, branch line to EBO, connection DB Netz AG electrified, length approx. 39.04 km Kettenwerk, of which approx. 1.1 km single driving wire (Re 60 );
3) Route 2530 - Bf Neuss Hbf to Bf Kaarster See, branch line to EBO, connection DB Netz AG electrified, length approx. 11,79 km Kettenwerk.
The line S28 of Regiobahn Fahrbetriebsgesellschaft mbH runs on a total of 34 kilometers from Mettmann via Erkrath, Dusseldorf and Neuss to Kaarst. Between Düsseldorf-Gerresheim and Neuss HBF, a 16-kilometer stretch of DB Netz AG will be used. For the remaining 18 kilometers, the Regiobahn itself is the infrastructure owner. Railways of the type Talent are used on the route network of Regiobahn GmbH. The railcar equipped with 2 diesel engines reaches a top speed of 100 km / h and takes about 51 minutes for the track with 18 stops.
The Regiobahn has been planning the electrification of the entire line since 2015.
The overhead line systems for electrification are in accordance with DB Ril. 997.01 "Planning and erecting overhead contact lines" was executed. The return current system, railway grounding and equipotential bonding will be established in accordance with DB Ril.997.02. The supply and switching of the overhead line systems is in accordance with DB Ril. 997.03 implement. The feeding of the sections of the route takes place through the network of Deutsche Bahn Energie GmbH.
Part of the order is the construction of the ready-to-use overhead contact line system Re 100 or Re 60 (depot Dornap-Hahnenfurth) to drawing workshop Ebs for the power system 1 AC 15 kV 16.7 Hz on the lines 2727, 2423, 2723, 2550 and 2530 including Equipment of the stations Bf Dornap-Hahnenfurth, Bf Mettmann city forest, Bf IKEA Kaarst and Bf Kaarster lake. Ready-to-use erection and commissioning of the local control devices (OSE) including the telecontrol system at all operating points.
1) Route 2423/2723/2550: PFA lc, station Dornap-Hahnenfurth (Abstellbahnhof) including connection of the feeder line in the station Wuppertal-Vohwinkel,
2) Route 2727: PFA I, station Wuppertal-Vohwinkel / branch Dornap (connection DB Netz AG),
3) Route 2727: PFA I / PFA la, branch Dornap via station Dornap-Hahnenfurth to station Mettmann-Stadtwald,
4) Route 2423: PFA II, Mettmann-Stadtwald station to Düsseldorf-Gerresheim station,
5) Route 2423: PFA II, Düsseldorf-Gerresheim station (DB Netz AG connection),
6) Route 2530: PFA III, Neuss Hbf station (DB Netz AG connection),
7) Route 2530: PFA III, station Neuss Hbf to Kaarster See.
Deliverables:
- construction works for the construction of overhead line systems for the power system 1 AC 15 kV 16.7 Hz including local control device on the lines 2727, 2423, 2723, 2550 and 2530,
- Construction work for the adaptation of the overhead line systems in the connection area of the DB Netz AG and connection to newly erected overhead line systems of the power system 1 AC 15 kV 16.7 Hz including local control device on systems of adjacent lines (Federal Railways),
- construction work for the connection of the overhead line installations with rail energy supply facilities of DB Energie GmbH,
- Maintenance of overhead line systems. The maintenance obligations begin with the acceptance of the respective construction phase. After acceptance of the last construction phase, the maintenance contract runs for another 5 years for all plants.
