The subject of the contract is the construction of a waste storage hall building with technical infrastructure at the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze located on the part of the plot with geood number. 436 within 11, Hryniewicze, Juchnowiec Kościelny commune and performance of other necessary works and activities, including obtaining a permit to use the newly built facility

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a waste storage hall building with technical infrastructure on the premises of the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze located on the part of the plot no. geod. 436 within 11, Hryniewicze, Juchnowiec Kościelny commune and performance of other necessary works and activities, including obtaining a permit to use the newly built facility. 2. The Contractor shall perform the construction works entrusted to it in accordance with the conditions set out in the Terms of Reference, including the design documentation, i.e. construction design, executive design, building permit decision No. 2165 (AR.6740.2.5.44.2022) of 19.12.2022 and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, the principles of technical knowledge and applicable law, in particular the Construction Law, opinions, arrangements and recommendations of the investor's supervision spector appointed by the Ordering Party.
