The aim of the procurement is to procure the most economically advantageous service provider for the client's use, who is best placed to carry out the electrical design of the site in cooperation with the client, the user, other designers/consultants and the contractor to be selected later.

The project includes the design and construction of the new Miili sports hall and the renovation of the current school's gymnasium in accordance with VE 1 (level 1 solution). The new sports hall will be built as an extension to the current school building.

The Miili sports hall, which is now being planned, will respond to the growing need for sports facilities due to the expansion of the school centre and the growth of the Söderkulla area, and will replace the facilities that will be decommissioned from the former Opintie school centre. The aim of the expansion is to build a functional, architecturally high-quality and cost-effective sports hall. The implementation of the hall has been studied as a 1- and 2-level solution. At the same time, the intention is to change the premises of the current school so that the operations of the current gymnasium can be developed taking into account the needs of cultural services.

The project plan for the project has been approved on 12/2022.

The procurement includes the tasks of the electrical, security, AV and telecommunications design of the site, to the extent specified in the contract notice and its appendices.
