assignment of the recovery service, excluding transport, to an economic operator with an authorized plant, affiliated with the RILEGNO National Consortium, of waste classifiable with C.E.R. 20 01 38 Wood, other than that referred to in item 20 01 37*. This is wood waste of used and/or discarded non-hazardous, recoverable and recyclable products and products, deriving from separate collection in municipal waste collection centers in the territory of the Chierese Consortium for Services from domestic and non-domestic users, and from abandonment on public land.

Such waste, collected and transported by trucks and / or articulated vehicles equipped with demountable bins by the contractor of the general waste collection service, on behalf of the Contracting Station, must be delivered in a single fixed plant authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments, for recovery operations (Annex C - part four of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, or in the case of an economic operator based in another country of the E.U., with equivalent authorization in force (art.49, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments), agreed with the National Consortium RILEGNO, payable to the bidder himself, for the waste referred to in the C.E.R. 20 01 38 Wood, other than that referred to in item 20 01 37 *, for an authorized plant capacity that can be stored and moved suitable for treating the entire presumed quantity of waste collected in relation to this contract. Three-year contract period presumably from 07.06.2023 to 06.06.2026. The total quantity in tonnes for the contract in question is estimated at 11,824 tonnes with an average of 328,444 tons/month (3,941,333 tons/year) x 36 months, with an overall fluctuation of +/- 20% tons. under the same economic conditions and contractual agreements. The basic unit price of the tender is equal to 75.00 (seventy-five/00) Euro/tonne, (unit security charges for interference risks equal to zero/00 Euro/ton), plus VAT, for an assumed total amount equal to: 886,800.00 Euro (total interference risk security charges equal to zero/00 Euro), plus VAT.
