The maximum volume of this framework agreement is EUR 1,200,000 excl. VAT over four years; however, this is without prejudice to the application of Articles 38 to 38/19 of the KBU. This volume does not imply a purchase obligation. Each tenderer has its own quota.

The assignment concerns the delivery of:

- medicines (general and on prescription),

- prostheses (glasses, hearing aids, orthopedic aids, compression stockings, etc.),

- parapharmacy (care products, sterile and non-sterile material, [...]),

- small medical equipment (aerosol equipment, blood pressure monitors, [...]).

The purchase of prostheses, parapharmacy and small medical equipment is optional, none of the clients is obliged to purchase this material from the contractor.

The medicines must - insofar as this is permitted by law - be delivered by means of an automated system (medication robot) in a container per resident per application time. The data transfer must be possible with any of the software programs used in the facilities.

The contract will be awarded by open procedure. The contract aims at the performance as described in the technical provisions. Following the procedure does not imply any obligation to award the contract. The assignment is made to one tenderer.

Place of delivery:

- WZC Ten Weldebrouc, Westzavelland 42, 2830 Willebroek. The WZC Ten Weldebrouc is managed by OCMW Willebroek, Pastorijstraat 1, 2830 Willebroek and has 188 residential units + five short-stay rooms,

- WZC Ter Schelde, campus Sint-Amands, Kouterpark 25, 2890 Puurs-Sint-Amands. The WZC Ter Schelde is managed by Zorgbedrijf Klein-Brabant, Palingstraat 44, 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands and has 45 residential units, 25 of which are RVT certified,

- WZC Sint-Pieter, campus Puurs, Palingstraat 44, 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands. The Sint-Pieter WZC is managed by Zorgbedrijf Klein-Brabant, Palingstraat 44, 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands and has 92 residential units, 61 of which are RVT-certified and six are short-stay apartments.

- WZC Den Beuk, Jozef Van Cleemputplein 1, 2850 Boom. The Den Beuk WZC is managed by Boom Local Board, Jozef Van Cleemputplein 1, 2850 Boom and has 176 residential units + seven short-stay rooms.

Additional information can be requested up to 14 days before the registration date. In order to ensure that the communication runs as efficiently as possible, the contracting authority wishes to have the communication with the tenderers run through one contact person. The name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person must be stated in the offer.
