The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that will cover the purchasing collaboration's (the contracting authority's) needs for the hire of temporary health staff of the right quality and in a cost-effective and socially responsible manner.
The framework agreement must cover all users/contracting authorities named in Annex 1 of the contract (SSA-R) at all times.
The framework agreement will cover the purchasing collaboration's (the contracting authority's) needs for the hire of temporary health staff, including mainly temporary health staff who are
- Nurses
- Social educators, care assistants, health staff and public health nurses
- Other temporary health staff requested within the scope of the framework agreement
The temporary services are intended to cover the contracting authority's extraordinary needs where the contracting authority is unable to cover them with its own temporary health staff/employees in the municipality.
The contracting authority may need both short-term and long-term hiring of temporary health staff.
The contracting authority will need to hire temporary health staff for nursing homes, home care services, health and welfare centres and other health, environmental and care services.
