The purpose of this contract is to maintain, operate and upgrade the data and voice IP networks of the public service of Wallonia.

Lot 1: management, maintenance, operation, reporting and network evolutions of a WAN for the SPW.

Lot 2: management, maintenance, exploitation and evolution of MAN.

Lot 3: management, maintenance, operation and evolution of VoIP telephony.

The object of this lot is:

- maintain, operate and upgrade a WAN to connect SPW LAN sites via access routers on each LAN-SPW:

- the WAN is made available by the successful tenderer,

- the access routers are installed by the successful tenderer who places them at the disposal of the contracting authority but remains the property of the successful tenderer,

- provide WAN reporting and provide this reporting regularly to the contracting authority.

The object of this lot is:

- to ensure the maintenance and evolutions of the MAN:

- the MAN is owned by the SPW.

The purpose of this batch is to ensure the maintenance and evolutions of the VOIP infrastructure of the SPW:

- the VoIP infrastructure is centralized and is owned by the SPW.
