The project involves the complete renovation of 17 houses in the city "Bon Air" (lot 1) and 18 houses in "La Roue" (lot 2) at 1070 Anderlecht. The work will include:

- isolation of the leakage surfaces,

- redevelopment of interior spaces with stability works,

- the replacement of all technical installations,

- the possible addition of an annex on 1, 2 or 3 levels,

- a reorganization of garden spaces.

Site visit required: under penalty of nullity of its offer, the tenderer will attend the mandatory site visit which will take place:

- for lot 1: on 17.12.2018 or 17.1.2019 at 15:00, avenue de la Salubrité n o 12 to 1070 Anderlecht,

- for lot 2: on 17.12.2018 or 17.1.2019 at 13:00, Avenue of Tranquility n o 5 to 1070 Anderlecht.
