the purpose of this framework agreement is to:

- to ensure the review and optimization of business processes (i.e. all processes covered by ISO 9001.2015 certification relating to the organization of training and support for learners) (lean management approach);

- to support certified (or future certified) lean 6 sigma green belt employees in their application of a lean approach to IFAPME's "support" processes.
