as part of the urban renewal project of the city Gaston Roulaud, the DPO of Drancy and the city of Drancy, wish to carry out road works, various networks and lighting necessary for the development of the forecourt sector of the schools in order to have a safe space for the Salengro Voltaire school group

it is an agreement with purchase orders broken down into two lots: - lOT no. 1 "Vrd, Earthworks, Furniture and Public Lighting", itself broken down into two phases: PHASE 1: Earthworks, supply and installation of networks, construction of structures, laying of the borduration, implementation of temporary coatings. Phase 2: Earthworks including the resumption of temporary paving by the implementation of paving stones, the replacement of temporary curbs, the installation of street furniture and temporary signage.- LOT No. 2 "Plantations" which consists of the implementation of mixture of stone earth and topsoil. The supply and planting of trees, shrubs and ground cover plants as well as the annual maintenance and the take-back guarantee.the maximum annual amount for the two lots is 2,800,000 euros (excluding tax).
