This contract concerns the supply of electrical cabinets, equipment and electrical or electronic tools for the needs of Troyes Champagne Métropole.

For your information, below are the estimated amounts of orders per batch to come over the next 4 years:

Lot 1: between €150,000 excl. VAT and €200,000 excl. VAT per year;

Lot 2: between €8,000 excl. VAT and €12,000 excl. VAT per year;

Lot 3: between €35,000 excluding VAT and €50,000 excluding VAT per year.

pursuant to sections L2113-10 of the Order Code, this contract is allocated as follows:

Lot 1: Industrial electrical cabinets (M2024-005l1);

Lot 2: Compact industrial control boxes (M2024-005l2);

Lot 3: Small Electrical Equipment, Cables and Accessories (M2024-005l3).

This contract will be entered into in the form of a multi-contractor framework agreement with subsequent contracts. A maximum of 3 contractors will be selected for the entire period of validity of the contract. The three service providers will be consulted each time a need within the framework of this framework agreement arises for the buyer.

Each holder of the framework agreement will be put out to competition in the same form and within the same deadlines, while guaranteeing the confidentiality of the offres.si the buyer receives less than 3 regular tenders in the context of this consultation, the framework agreement will be awarded to the candidate(s) who have submitted a regular tender and the latter(s) will be consulted each time a need falling within the framework of this framework agreement arises.

In accordance with the provisions of Article R2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded: with a maximum of €800,000 excluding tax per year for lot 1;

with a maximum of €50,000 excl. VAT per year for lot 2;

with a maximum of €200,000 excl. VAT per year for lot 3;

For each lot, it is specified that the maximum annual amount is for all subsequent contracts combined, regardless of the service provider selected.

For each lot, the period of validity of this contract shall run from the date of dispatch of the letters of notification to the selected holders for a period of one year.
