1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the 2XDN250/200 overhead network from Chamber K-VI/4/2L to Chamber K-VI/4/2/3, Mokry Dwór precinct in the area of Świątnicka Street, Starodworska Street in Wrocław and in the area of Starodworska Street in Mokry Dwór, Siechnice Commune, Wrocław Poviat, with a total length of 3,012.0 m, including a length subject to replacement insulation of approximately 2,936.5 m.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 8 stages described in the SWZ.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

1) SWZ;

2) model contract;

3) Design documentation,

4) Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Works.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for all works covered by the subject of the contract – for a period of 5 years.

5. The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority as well as the conditions for the performance of the contract are presented in the contract template (Annex 9 to the SWZ).
