Scope of procurement
The procurement relates to industrial cleaning at the production facilities. Öresundskraft has an existing agreement on cleaning contracts for its office premises. These premises are not covered by this procurement and future agreements.
The previous year, the volume was 9000 hours. The bidder may consider this as a guide to the scope. Öresundskraft does not provide a guarantee for the same scope during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period. The cleaning will normally be carried out by four (4) people (2 people at Filbornaverket, 1 person at Västhamnsverket and 1 person at Åkerslundsverket) distributed among all our facilities. In audit cleanings, there is a need for a larger staff, i.e. up to a total of eight (8) people. A prerequisite for submitting a tender, will be that the bidder has at least twenty (20) cleaner employees. A detailed description of what is included in the procurement follows below.

Other cleaning and sanitation tasks in our production premises
Forklift driving in connection with cleaning assignments
Management of a mobile work platform during cleaning assignments
High-altitude cleaning/sanitation
The assignment also includes being auxiliary to the regular operating staff by observing and reporting any leaks in pipes, pumps, etc. when cleaning staff move in the facility. Noise can also be reported according to agreed procedures. Excluded areas The following services/areas are excluded from this procurement:
Cleaning assignments in an office environment incl. e.g. office cleaning
Internal boiler cleaning incl. high pressure flushing, blasting and water trucking
High pressure flushing of fireplaces incl. water purification
Chemical cleaning (e.g. pickling of heat exchangers)
Sugbilstjänster
The agreement is conditional on a level 2 protective security agreement. Öresundskraft will, before signing the business agreement, carry out security clearance and placement in security class of personnel at the adopted supplier in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Swedish Security Protection Act (2018:585).
The trial is carried out by Öresundskraft or our representative. Personnel who are not deemed suitable according to the security clearance may not work at Öresundskraft's facilities. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that enough employees are safety tested for the assignment at Öresundskraft to be able to continue continuously without interruption.
The maximum volume of the framework agreement is 120,000 hours. When purchases on this agreement have amounted to the maximum volume, Öresundskraft has the right to terminate the agreement until immediate termination, or until the time specified by Öresundskraft, see also the terms of the agreement. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.
The contract period is planned for two (2) years with the possibility for Öresundskraft to extend the agreement for up to six (6) years, on one or more occasions. The planned start of the agreement is 2023-04-01.
