2. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 1,762 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%)

16,478,56 MWh (basic order with option), from this:1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) — 8,045,69 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ 2) To premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) — 2,542,01 MWh — detailed list az PPE Annex 1b to SWZ3) For road lighting purposes (Part 3 of the order) — 5 898,24 MWh (basic order with option) — a detailed list of PPE is Annex 1c SWZ

3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option. The right of option will be covered by the supply of electricity for the Community of Rzepin (part 3 of the contract), under which the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of excluding 47 PPE with a total volume of 599,29 MWh from the contract.

III.1. Detailed description of the object of the order - Part 1 of the order - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R

1. Number of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 694 pcs

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract 8,038,31 MWh, of which:

Zone I 4,763.72 MWh

Zone II 2,221.19 MWh

Zone III 1,053.40 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, provided that the details of delivery times (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column “Delivery period”.

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

1. Number of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 9 pcs

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 2,542.01 MWh, of which:

Zone I 1,006.09 MWh

Zone II 650.59 MWh

Zone III 885.33 MWh
