This contract concerns the maintenance of lifting devices, the conditions for carrying out full maintenance work and the troubleshooting to be carried out on these devices on the sites of the École normale supérieure de Lyon. The missions are detailed in the CCTP. It is a composite market, comprising:

- a fixed part: preventive maintenance and palliative corrective maintenance (repair);

- a part with a mixed framework agreement for remedial corrective maintenance (repair) (with order forms and subsequent contracts) in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-3, and R. 2162-14, R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-8 and R. 2162-10. The part in the form of a framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum both in value and quantity in accordance with article R. 2162-4 3º.
