Framework agreement on the deployment of language and integration mediators (SIM) in the LVR (LVR hospital network (LVR clinics and LVR network HPH), LVR special schools, LVR Department of Social Affairs and LVR Department of Children, Youth and Family)

The LVR prescribes the use of certified language and integration mediators (hereinafter referred to as SIM) for all LVR clinics, the LVR special schools and the LVR counselling on site in accordance with § 106 SGB IX of the Departments of Children, Youth and Family as well as Social Affairs, taking into account the Coordination, Contact and Counselling Centres (KoKoBe) in psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic treatment and counselling of people with disabilities in face-to-face contact and for the telephone interpreting. If the technical requirements are met on both sides, the interpreting service can also be carried out in video format under the same conditions or at a lower price.

The allocation is made in lots according to the following distribution:

• Lot 1 for telephony-only interpretation

• Lot 2 for SIM use on site and via video
