The object of the contract is a framework agreement in accordance with Section 103 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 21 VGV with
a contract period of 12 months. The contract runs from 01.06.2023 - 31.05.2024. In mutual
By agreement, a one-time extension of 3 months is possible under the same conditions. This
Framework agreement includes the supply of paper, in accordance with product description point I.6 and
I.7 of the contract document (file 02), to Bavarian police authorities. The total order volume for all
Regional lots (see file 05 Delivery points Papier-Bayernweit, amounts to approx. 65 million sheets of paper according to the
Product description point I.6 and I.7 in the year.
Regional lot 1Delivery of paper to Bavarian police authorities. The order volume for Lot 1 amounts to approximately 11 million sheets per year. Lot 1: The territories of the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria (except Landeshauptstadt and
District of Munich), Swabia, Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate with the police headquarters of Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria North and South, Upper Palatinate, Swabia North and South as well as the local offices
of the Bavarian riot police. Deliveries must be made at the request of the departments from 01.06.2023 at the earliest. The delivery period is a maximum of five working days (Mon – Fri) after call-off.

Landeskriminalamt, the police headquarters Munich and the local offices of the Bavarian riot police. Deliveries must be made at the request of the departments from 01.06.2023 at the earliest. The delivery period is a maximum of five working days (Mon – Fri) after call-off in accordance with II.4 of the contract document. Notwithstanding the ZAVB (Additional General Terms and Conditions of Contract, File 03), delivery must be made "free place of use". The franking "free place of use" includes the provision in the place of use specified in the order letter (e.g. offices, rooms, warehouse). The contractor must bring the contractual objects to the recipient(s) designated by the client during general working hours (Monday to Thursday: 07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Friday: 07:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). The delivery period is a maximum of five working days (Mon – Fri) after call-off in accordance with II.4 of the contract document.
