The subject of the Order is:

"Development of STEŚ-R design documentation along with obtaining the decision of the DŚU for the task entitled: "Construction of a dual carriageway road of the GP class (on the parameters of the S class) along DK7 on the section Rabka – Chyżne" along with answering the Contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.

The subject of the contract is: "Development of STEŚ-R design documentation along with obtaining the decision of the DŚU for the task entitled: "Construction of a dual carriageway road of the GP class (on the parameters of class S) within DK7 on the section Rabka – Chyżne" along with answering the Contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.

The subject of the contract was divided into two stages:

Stage I – Preparation of design documentation, in particular in the scope of:

- Technical, Economic and Environmental Study with elements of the Program Concept – STEŚ-R.

- Environmental materials with obtaining an SPC.

- Documentation of ground conditions constituting part of the STEŚ-R study, i.e.: Geological and engineering study, Hydrogeological documentation, Geological and engineering documentation with the project of geological works, Geophysical documentation, Geotechnical research program, Geotechnical opinion.

Stage II - answering the questions of the Tenderers at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.
