The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources to the facilities of the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. in Pyrzowice, 90 Wolności Street.

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources to the facilities of the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. in Pyrzowice, 90 Wolności Street. Pursuant to paragraph 2 section 2 of the model agreement, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a statement that 100% of the energy comes from RES at the start of the service.

a) The Ordering Party shall use electricity m.in to:

- power supply of systems related to the performance of flight operations,

- illumination of objects,

- illumination of technical roads and parking lots,

- power supply of horizontal and vertical transport systems,

- power supply of technological facilities: boiler plants, hydropheries, sewage treatment plants, wastewater pumping stations,

- power supply of air conditioning and ventilation systems,

- power supply of monitoring systems,

- power supply of catering equipment.

b) specification of facilities for which the Contracting Authority needs electricity:

- runway and taxiway lighting, technical hangar (T1, T2, T3), KOL (a complex of workshop, storage and social facilities for airport operation services), radar centre, radio centre, runway, fuel depot, catering facilities, aircraft aprons, aircraft de-icing apron, GA aircraft service hangars, CARGO base, passenger terminals A, B and C (arrival), CARGO terminals, multifunctional building, air traffic control tower, boiler rooms, sewage treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, hydrophore plants, parking lots, access road, technological roads.
