4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Public Procurement Law in the event of failure to award funds in the competition referred to in section II.3 of the Terms of Reference

1. In order to confirm the conformity of the supply offered, the Contracting Authority shall request the submission with the offer of the following measures of evidence:
1) Declaration of Conformity – a document issued by the manufacturer of the product or its authorized representative.
2) Manufacturer's data sheets and/or other manufacturer's source materials (e.g. folders, brochures, cards containing technical data, instructions for use and service manuals or their fragments concerning the offered equipment, photographs or other manufacturer's documents) confirming the required parameters.
